All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair bundles, wigs, closures, or frontals once an order has been processed or shipped.
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a verified defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chevenebrown17@yahoo.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A description of the issue
Products must remain unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging to be considered for review.
Dolly Luxe & Co. reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.
